Mrs. Aicha Khemlich

Mrs. Aicha Khamliche is holder of a diploma of higher studies (DES) in political sciences, on political and constitutional reform. She is currently preparing for a PhD (Doctorat d’État).

Mrs. Khamliche defended the rule of law and citizen’s rights within the Organization for Democratic and Popular Action (OADP) and within other human rights organizations.

At the academic level, she supervised several studies concerned in particular with constitutional law and political reform.

Mrs. Khamliche published several studies on problems related to democracy in Morocco and to development and democracy in the developing countries.

She published also several articles in the national press on women and democracy, constitutional reform, the Moudawana (family law) and the university reform.
